NOV. 25, 2008 - Your behavioral health care benefits are improving! Beginning January 1, 2009, your mental health and substance abuse benefits will be provided by CIGNA Behavioral Health Care. As part of the transition from Magellan Health Services to CIGNA Behavioral Health, the Trustees approved a new Boilermakers Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
