JAN. 8, 2010 - The Board of Trustees for the Boilermakers National Annuity Trust (the Plan) has made changes to the Plan. These changes involve:

• Contributions made on your behalf if you die or are disabled while in military service
• The date used to determine interest rates for Plan loans
• When the Plan must pay out your account balance
• The definition of "Retire"
• The definition of "Spouse"
• The obligation of Plan-designated Beneficiaries to contact the Fund Office to claim benefits
• Forfeiture of death benefits
• Amounts deducted for the Annuity Crediting Account
