AUG 31, 2009 - The Board of Trustees of the Boilermaker-Blacksmith National Pension Trust recently instituted the 7th Special Retiree Work Rule effective October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. The 7th Special Retiree Work Rule will allow those retirees who submit a Return to Work Form to work up to 999.5 hours in covered Boilermaker work without suspension of benefits in those areas or Locals in which a Bona Fide Labor Shortage has been declared.
